Part A Premium

Most people don't pay a monthly premium for Part A.

  • .If you do buy Part A, you'll pay up to $515 each month if you paid Medicare taxes for less than 30 quarters.
  • If you paid Medicare taxes for 30-39 quarter, the premium is $311.

Part B Costs

Part B Premium

The standard Part B amount is $202.90 (or higher depending on your income).

  • The Deductible is $283 per year.
  • Medicare pays 80%, you pay 20%
  • No limit on total out-of-pocket costs.

Part D Costs

Part D Premium

The premium varies by plan.

  • Avoid paying a penalty.
  • Join a plan when you get your Part A and Part B.
  • Don't go 63 days or more without creditable coverage.

Part C Costs

Part C Premium

The premium varies by plan.

  • It's a Medicare Advantage Plan. You must see contracted providers in-the-network to have services covered.
  • You must have Part B and keep paying the premium.
  • Once you meet the Out-of Pocket, the rest of services are covered 100%

Medicare Supplement-Medigap

Premium

The premium varies by plan, and can change every year.

  • Helps pay the other 20% portion of your original Medicare and allows to see any doctor contracted with Medicare.
  • You must have Part B and keep paying the premium.
  • Some policies may include extra benefits. (Check with your agent)
