"Honesty and a very unbiased description of plans/policies. Willing to go get the answers to the questions she doesn't know and usually has some sort of supporting evidence to back it up. Kristy's ability to breakdown the plans to a user friendly level along with the patience to allow you time to get comfortable with the policies is a very desirable trait.
